Registration procedure and fees

At least one author per final submission must register for the conference; otherwise the paper can be removed from the proceedings.

The conference fees include:

  • Welcome reception (Sunday, June 25 2023)
  • Dinner (Monday, June 26 2023)
  • Conference documents and proceedings (published by Springer)
  • Lunches and refreshments during the conference
  • Technical visits and social activities (Tuesday, June 27 2023)
  • Gala dinner (Tuesday, June 27 2023)
  • Farewell reception (Wednesday, June 28 2023)

Here are the conference fees:

Early-bird registration: before May 9, 2023, Midnight

Final registration: June 19, 2023

NB 1: "accompanying person" means "person who ONLY takes part in social activities (Gala dinner and visit of "Les Machines de l'Ile")!

NB 2:  It is possible to register for the day at CableCon 2023. Registration for the day costs 70 euros and includes

  1. Access to the conference's scientific and industrial presentations
  2. Lunch
  3. Technical visits
